Fahad Abdullah AlQassim

AlQassim founded many enterprises, including Amwal Financial Consulting Company, Century 21 Saudi Company, and KPMG Saudi Company, which he established for their activities in Riyadh and the Eastern Province.

Formerly, he was the managing partner at KPMG and then the CEO of Amwal Financial Consulting Company. Additionally, he served as the Executive Director of Dallah Hospital before becoming the CEO of AlOthaim Commercial Group.

In addition to serving on the boards of five Saudi market-listed companies in a variety of industries, including "Savola Group," "Jarir Marketing," "Taiba Investment," "Dallah Health," and "Riyadh Development," he is currently the Managing Partner at AlQassim Chartered Accountants and Consultants and a member of the Board of Directors of Century 21 Saudi Arabia. Along with serving as chairman and a member of numerous committees (Investment, Executive, Audit, Governance, Recommendations and Remunerations, and Social Responsibility), he is also a member of the Boards of Directors of several closed and private family businesses, including Mohammed Al Habib Holding, Abdullah Al Subaie Investment, and Al Rajhi Real Estate Union.

Through his work, he has established a reputation for being incredibly competent and sincere when offering advice and opinions in a variety of fields, including business, real estate, health, and education, as well as in the areas of project development, financing, and acquisition.

Creating initiatives and setting up funding. He has made numerous charitable and non-profit contributions. He is also an economic writer, a guest on numerous shows and satellite channels, and a member of the Advisory Board of Imam Muhammad bin Saud University's Finance and Investment Department. The Capital Market Authority Advisory Board, the Accountants Council Advisory Committee, the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Board of Directors of Saudi Post, and the Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee (Saudi Arabian Oxford Education) all had him as a previous chairman and member.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, and completed an executive program in advanced management and leadership from Oxford University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Assessor with a Fellowship degree.

Dr. Sultan Theneyan Alobeikan

One of the members of Liwan Real Estate Development's Board of Directors. Between 2008 and 2012, AlObeikan served in a number of academic and administrative capacities, including teaching at the Ministry of Education and serving as a faculty member at King Saud University and Prince Sattam University at the Ministry of Higher Education. In addition to working in real estate investment and serving on the boards of several real estate and investment companies, such as the Ruya Real Estate Investment and Development Company, he founded commercial businesses in the retail and food product industries. He is also a member of Obeikan Investment Group's board of directors. Dr. AlObeikan excels in the investment role and is interested in the real estate, education, and hospitality sectors.

AlObeikan began his academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in 1987 in Public Administration from King Saud University, then a Master’s degree in 2000 from King Saud University in Public Administration. He also completed his journey by obtaining a PhD in Educational Administration in 2008 from King Saud University, College of Education, Department of Educational Administration.

Mr. Abdulsalam Sulieman Alrajhi

Abdulsalam, the managing director of AlRajhi Partners, was formerly a consultant at Bain & Company, where he concentrated on family companies, financial services, and education sectors.

before joining Bain & Company, Abdulsalam was a Corporate Credit Analyst at Alinma Bank

Prior to this, he worked as an investment analyst for the private and public equity team of AlRajhi Alpha Company.

Abdulsalam is a member of the Board of Directors of AlRajhi Partners, AlRajhi United Holding Company and several other companies.

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz University with honors.

Mr. Abdullah Tariq Alkasabi

A member of Liwan Real Estate Development's board of directors, AlKasabi was employed at Al-Yamamah University as a lecturer. He serves as the chairman and a member of the board of directors of numerous businesses in a variety of industries in addition to being the CEO of RZM Investment Company.

He graduated from King Saud University in Riyadh with a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences and McGill University in Canada with a master's degree in management.

Mr. Abdulrahman bin Saud Aldhyem

A member of the board of directors and the CEO of Liwan Company. Aldhyem has developed, implemented, and marketed high-quality real estate projects for over 15 years. By offering promising and long-term investment returns under his management, Aldhyem has been able to build extensive and reciprocal confidence with significant investors both inside and beyond the Kingdom. Aldhyem utilizes the off-plan sale when developing real estate projects through a deep understanding of the lifestyle and social and living requirements of the targeted segments. He also establishes the idea of the interaction of projects with their residents and visitors to be an integrated part of the lifestyle of residents and visitors.

Dr. Adel Juma

Dr. Adel Juma, Senior Vice President of Hill International and Director of the company's branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, boasts extensive experience in developing and managing mega projects in the region. Notably, he has been involved in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) since its inception in 2007 and has overseen projects for Jabal Omar Development Company, among others.

Prior to this, Dr. Juma served as CEO of TPM, which managed significant projects including Legends Living in Dubai, three commercial towers in Business Bay, and a mixed-use tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Before his tenure at TPM, he was the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hill International – Dubai, dedicating over nine years to prestigious projects in the UAE such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, the expansion of the Habshan Residential Complex, an administration building for Takreer, a residential building for the AlHamed Group, palm Jumeirah in Dubai, and the buildings constructed by Daman in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Before that, Dr. Juma worked as a lecturer at the Cardiff School of Engineering, University of Wales Cardiff, where he spent around 8 years working after obtaining his BSc and PhD degrees from the same university. Dr. Juma is a chartered engineer and manager with over 30 years of experience in academia, civil engineering and construction/project management. He began his career working for consultants and government agencies in the United Kingdom and obtained a PhD in Structural Engineering in 1989.
