Liwan Real Estate Development surpasses 20% of the structural work in its "Livein Liwan" project in Riyadh

Liwan Real Estate Development Company, one of the biggest real estate development firms in the Kingdom, continues to construct its new project, Livein Liwan, which is situated in Riyadh's Al-Muhammadiyah district. The skeleton of the project has more than 20% of its work completed. The company also signed agreements worth more than 250 million Saudi Riyals in order to expedite the project's construction.

The CEO of Liwan Real Estate Development Company, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Saud Al-Dahim, stated: The progress made on the project's construction thus far demonstrates our desire to finish it on schedule because it signifies a substantial change in Riyadh's way of life and quality of life. We also want to complete our projects in order to fulfill our mission of creating communities that are conducive to both individual comfort and community development.

The Livein Liwan project, which spans an area of 45 thousand square meters, and includes a commercial complex and an office tower, 470 residential units, green spaces, children's games and padel courts, is one of the models that support the directions of Liwan, which simulates the modern lifestyle and provides the Saudi family with the necessary privacy and comfort in their daily life.

Furthermore, in addition to the company's aim to provide integrated urban solutions, it supports the government's direction towards a comprehensive real estate renaissance, aligning with the objectives of Vision 2030 in the real estate sector.
